2. What we collect, and why

We do not ask for your date of birth, government ID, or any special-category personal data.
3. Cookies and analytics
This is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.
When you go to checkout, you are transferred to Creem's checkout, which may set cookies necessary to process your order and prevent fraud. Creem's own privacy policy governs that. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA / UK)
- Contract — processing your order and delivering your files.
- Legitimate interests — preventing fraud and abuse, keeping basic server logs.
- Legal obligation — retaining transaction records where tax law requires it.
- Consent — if you email us asking to be added to a mailing list (we do not add you automatically).
5. Who we share data with
- Creem — Merchant of Record; processes payment, tax and invoicing.
- Our hosting provider — serves this website.
- Our email provider — stores support correspondence.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
6. International transfers
Creem and our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Order and licence records are kept for as long as needed to honour your licence and to meet tax and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years). Support emails are kept for up to 3 years. Server logs are kept for a short period, typically 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email wgd5678@qq.com. We will respond within 30 days.
To exercise rights relating to the payment transaction itself (for example a receipt or an invoice), you may need to contact Creem, as they are the Merchant of Record for your order.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Creem and their payment providers, who are PCI-DSS compliant. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we keep the personal data we hold to the minimum necessary.
10. Children
Our products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
