Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by NEONFORGE ("we", "us") through this website.
1. Who you are buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (Creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. This means Creem handles the transaction, issues your invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST on your purchase.
Creem's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the checkout process. Your payment details are handled by Creem and their payment providers — we never see or store your card information.
2. What you are buying
All products sold here are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped.
- You receive a download link immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- The link stays available so you can re-download your files.
- You are responsible for keeping a copy of your purchased files. If you lose them, contact us and we will restore access.
Product contents are described on the product page. Screenshots are representative of the actual files; minor differences in colour rendition between browsers and OBS are normal.
3. Licence granted to you
3.1 You may
- Use the files in personal and commercial live streams, recorded videos, podcasts and social media content, including monetised channels (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Trovo, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, Bilibili and similar platforms).
- Modify, recolour, crop, resize and combine the files for those purposes.
- Use the files across any number of channels and accounts that you personally own or operate.
3.2 You may not
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified, as a standalone product or as part of another overlay, template or asset pack.
- Upload the files to any stock asset site, marketplace or file-sharing service.
- Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the original files.
- Include the files in a product whose primary value is the files themselves.
- Use the files to train machine learning models.
- Use the files in unlawful or defamatory content, or in a way that infringes any third party's rights.
3.3 Teams and client work
One purchase covers one person and the channels that person owns or operates. If you are an editor, designer or agency installing these files for a paying client, you need one licence per client channel.
4. Third-party trademarks
"OBS", "Twitch", "YouTube", "Kick", "Streamlabs" and "StreamElements" are trademarks of their respective owners. They are referred to here only to indicate compatibility. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
5. How these assets are made
Every asset in our products is generated procedurally — that is, rendered by software written by the author, using code rather than image-generation models. No generative AI tools are used at any stage of production, and no stock or third-party artwork is incorporated. Copyright in the rendered output belongs to the author.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, we will refund you if:
- the files are broken, corrupted, or do not match the description on the product page; or
- you contact us within 30 days of purchase and we cannot resolve the issue.
To request a refund, email wgd5678@qq.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed by Creem back to your original payment method.
7. Support
We provide reasonable support for installation problems with the products we sell. We do not provide support for OBS, Streamlabs or any other third-party software.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The files are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the files will meet your requirements or that the use of them will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
